The final of the IVParliamentary Debate Tournament

After weeks of rounds, Momentum won the Society’s fourth parliamentary debate tournament on 6 December 2025; Lex Superior finished second.

The final of the IV Parliamentary Debate Tournament organised by ADA Law Society was held on 6 December 2025. Momentum — Xanım Hüseynli and Həcər Məlikova — won the tournament and were awarded medals and an internship opportunity at the Centre for Legal Expertise and Legislative Initiatives. Lex Superior — Rəvan Babayev and Şəbnəm Həsənova — took second place, and Rəvan Babayev was named best speaker.

A few days earlier, a separate Freshman Edition had been held for first-year students; its awards were presented at the same event. Dream Team (Yaqub Rzayev and Nigar Məhərrəmova) won, Veritas (Leyla Səfərova and İlahə Məhərrəmzadə) came second, and İlahə Məhərrəmzadə was named best speaker of the freshman category.

The Society thanked Rightwellton and the Centre for Legal Expertise and Legislative Initiatives for their support, and the judges Sadiqə Mehdiyeva, Samir Mahmudov and Altay Mustafayev.
