A presentation by İlqar Babayev, PhD in Law, on how legal trust is formed between parties in international trade, and how differing national legal systems shape global contracts.
The Society invited İlqar Babayev, PhD in Law, to present on the unification of the law of international trade contracts on 26 May 2026 at ADA University (room A201).
Dr Babayev completed doctoral studies in international trade and European Union law and has researched the unification of international contract law. The presentation addressed the alignment of international trade contracts with uniform standards, legal harmonisation, and the current challenges in the field.
